rose hill drive- the website of one talented band. rhd hails from boulder, colorado, but will soon hail on everybody who listens to rock and likes to hear new talent. jake, daniel and nate are younger than an old oak tree (whatever this means), and with good rock n roll there music will last as long or longer than that old oak tree. rhd will soon be touring and headlining red rocks, shoreline, the warfield and hyde park. opening for them may be the likes of a reunited spice girls, britney spears (with some husband) or any of the osmonds (family). unfortunately ricky martin and that american idol "butchering song" dude was already on tour or maybe they were in rehab with courtney love who i heard was secretly in love with one of the rhd boys. you guess who. anyway rock on and check them out. cd is being worked on now and will be so promising i will not sleep till i hear the first kick drum off the first track which should be track 1. the title of the cd will be taken from a wesley willis tune "rock the nation". it may be called "autograph man". i don't know. all i know is that i hope rolling stone has room in their magazine because this band will shoot (insert band here) out of the water. i am just glad to know the band when they are young (musically and age) and privalaged to see them at venues like the fox theatre (which is the best to me and i want to thank the club and all it's staff). last, but not least, for now... nate barnes for president.

like my graduation day- which was?... 
red rocks, morrison, colorado- a beautiful place to perform and i got to catch rhd's first performance here,
but not the last. they opened
up for the rock movie "school of rocks". i think they really headlined
because, in reality, no one can open for jack black. he is one of the only guys that can sing about, yes
the "f her gently" song and talk about "cock pushups". i thought i met him, but it was just a man who was overweight
(kidding) about the man, not the overweight. i actually did meet jack and kyle at a tenacious d concert in denver. he
said he would read one of my scripts and then i said let me tell you about the "claudia schiffer" story. when
i worked in la... (tell you about this later)
rhd- rockin' the stage at the rox. not the best picture, but my eyes were not looking through the
viewfinder. as i was holding the camera my eyes twitched and i found myself staring at a deliciously pretty redhead
whose name i have forgotten. maybe she didn't give it to me. i do not remember, but she definetly had nice teeth.
i remember that.
rhd- another picture of the boyz whose band is named after the street they grew up on. on this picture the focus
was out of whack. i had just cleaned the lens on my "rose hill drive" shirt (available now) when i saw in front
of me a thumbtack on the ground. i did not want someone to hurt themselves so i picked it up.
as i stood up i heard the thumping bass drum and the raunchy guitar and the pounding bass. i got freaked out for
a brief second. my head began to shake as though it was a blender. on top of that i already had a headache which was
just about to go away due to all the popcorn i drank. anyway as my head sped up to "blend" i snapped the picture.
